I think the overall sense of light on this one is well done mostly because it is a still from a show (i believe). Your edge-work is nice for this and with it being colored pencils I commend you for having the patience to create an entire piece with the, haha. I think the skin looks well done and the overall shape and construction is nice. I also have to give you credit for not simply using a pure black for the dark shadows but mixing in other colors with it. However, with the light source being so dark I think that the large mass of shadow on the hood could stand to use some kind of definition still. I think with how a hood typically works in its fabric there's bound to be some inconsistencies and it wouldn't be purely flat. That being said there could be some subtle differences with the planes of the hood to give it a more dimensional feel. As it stands currently I feel that large dark spot is just too dark and creates a flat feeling. Perhaps in the reference image it was like that but you also have to think that it may have worked better because of the medium it was, which was photography. How that transfers to a colored pencil interpretation may not necessarily be as appealing and in this case I feel it's unfortunately not. Don't be afraid to use that artist license and take some liberties!
